I paid 5 k for debris removed, and encapsulation- leaving fiberglass. I installed a de-humidifier. The company is small, the contractor is reasonable (down to earth). They did an awesome job encapsulating everything- 3 man crew of Hispanic guys. Sales guy was always good about responding in a timely manner. Did not call and bug or use scare tactics to convince me of impending doom…. Other companies bugged the Shi$ out of me and told me that I would have cat pee smell from sub-par product or mold in my lungs…😬 Go ahead, get your 6 estimates like me, but when you compare I hope you choose this company, I’m glad I did! Bob Justin Edwards arrived promptly and after expressing to him my concern about our crawlspace, he performed a thorough inspection. He allayed my concerns by explaining that even though the encapsulation of our crawl space wasn’t done to his company’s higher standards, the situation did not warrant the expense of a redo.
