  My house is in four oaks, NC.   I am a real customer, not a Chinese bot review… I’ve read those “too good to be true” P.R. Reviews on Google.   I did my homework and I got 6 different estimates- yes 4 people went under my house.  One did not call back, one did not show up, one was $19k with insulation up, ….Costal was the most affordable.  I paid 5 k for debris removed, and encapsulation- leaving fiberglass.  I installed a de-humidifier.
The company is small, the contractor is reasonable (down to earth).  They did an awesome job encapsulating everything-  3 man crew of Hispanic guys.  Sales guy was always good about responding in a timely manner.  Did not call and bug or use scare tactics to convince me of impending doom…. Other companies bugged the Shi$ out of me and told me that I would have cat pee smell from sub-par product or mold  in my lungs…😬
Go ahead, get your 6 estimates like me, but when you compare I hope you choose this company, I’m glad I did!

He allayed my concerns by explaining that even though the encapsulation of our crawl space wasn’t done to his company’s higher standards, the situation did not warrant the expense of a redo. How refreshing, an inspection that was not sales-driven! Justin is honest, polite and professional, and really know his stuff about crawl spaces.
